Terms of Use

1. About PennyDrop

PennyDrop is an expense tracker that helps you record and review your spending. It also lets you add subscriptions (for example, recurring bills) and receive reminders.

2. Eligibility

You may use PennyDrop only if you can legally agree to these Terms in your country/region. If you are using PennyDrop on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. License and acceptable use

• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PennyDrop for your own purposes.
• You agree not to misuse PennyDrop, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it for unlawful activities.

4. Subscriptions and reminders

• PennyDrop allows you to create subscription entries and set reminders to track your recurring bills.
• Reminders depend on your device settings (e.g., notification permissions, Focus modes, battery settings). You are responsible for ensuring notifications are enabled if you want reminders.
• PennyDrop is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

5. In-app purchases & billing (Apple App Store)

Some features of PennyDrop may be available through an in-app purchase or subscription, billed via the Apple App Store.

• Billing: All payments are processed by Apple. PennyDrop never directly handles your payment information.
• Cancellation: To cancel a subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel from there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. PennyDrop is unable to issue refunds directly.
• Price changes: Apple will notify you of any subscription price changes before they take effect.
• Apple's terms: Your purchase is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
